The Frontenac Children's Aid Society accepts students for placement who are enrolled in a post secondary education program, such as Social Work program, Child and Youth Worker, Social Service Worker, Autism and Behavioural Science, Bachelor of Social Sciences, Behavioural Science Technology, Law Clerk, Information Technology, Administration, etc.
All students chosen for placement, must provide the Agency with a completed Criminal Reference Check (including a check for sexual offences for which a pardon has been granted or issued), proof of a valid Ontario Driver's License, possess a minimum of $1,000,000 liability vehicle insurance and access to a reliable vehicle that meets the required safety standards in the province. The cost of record(s) is the responsibility of the student.
Interested students are asked to forward a recent copy of their resume along with a letter of interest outlining the institution and year of study, along with dates of placement. Once documentation is received, students being considered will be contacted by telephone to participate in an interview process.
