Information Systems Help Desk Technician – 1-year contract

The incumbent is responsible for responding to the technical support requirements of the Agency and its personnel at the various office sites. They will configure, install and provide technical support to personnel for computer hardware, telephones, printers, fax machines, peripherals and other network equipment. They will also provide software support for MS Office Suite, Lotus Notes, McAfee Antivirus and other Agency applications.
