Adoption Disclosure

The Children’s Aid Society of the City of Kingston and County of Frontenac provides adoption disclosure services to many people each year. We assist adoptees, birth parents, birth grandparents, birth siblings and adoptive parents who wish to obtain identifying information with regard to an adoption in making contact with the Ministry of Community and Social Services for this purpose. We also provide non-identifying information to adoptees over age 18 and their birth relatives with regards to the circumstances surrounding their adoption.
